- 1 lb. shrimp (small fresh, peeled and cooked)

Very good. Definitely use less liquid. I used only about 3 to 3 1/4 cups broth. But next time will I will use at least 1 1/2 lbs. cooked shrimp. One pound is pretty stingy. But this casserole was a hit with the family.

This was excellent.. It was a little watery but the flavor was great. I had some leftover and it wasn’t as watery. Will be making it again but maybe with less broth
