Go easy on the first layer! I didn’t have much to cover the cream cheese layer with.

This was great and very moist. I did mine in a bundt pan. Not much batter to work with so go light on that first layer.

This is a delicious bread. I added a little vanilla and cinnamon to the cream cheese center and just sprinkled the nuts over it instead of folding them into the batter. Fabulous.

Amazing! I used a larger loaf pan and it made one big loaf. I used candied pecans for the nuts and I used brown sugar and cinnamon for the crust on top.
