- rapeseed oil

- 300 grams green beans (fine, tailed)
- 280 grams tofu (plain, cut into 1.5cm cubes)
- 4 shallots (banana, around 200g, peeled and finely sliced)
- 2 cms fresh ginger (piece, peeled and grated)
- 7 garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 3 chillies (red bird’s eye, finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. kecap manis
- 2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 25 grams holy basil (Thai, picked and torn)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (ie, from 1 lime)
- jasmine rice (to serve)
