- 1/2 jalapeno chilies (finely chopped)
- 1/2 serrano peppers (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 lb. rock shrimp (or medium shrimp chopped into 1/2" pices)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup cheese (Cojita, crumbled, feta cheese can be substituted)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro (coarsely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. mayo
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice (to taste)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 worcestershire sauce (splashes)

- 6 asparagus spears (cut into 1/2" segments, cutting large tips in half)
