Beyond easy - while roasting asparagus mix the dressing. Pour over warm asparagus and serve. Tasted like something from a fancy restaurant! I was delighted I already had the ingredients on hand. Definitely will be on repeat here.

very good! i added a little more dijon. also i made the mistake of chilling the mix and then putting it onto the hot asparagus and cooling the food, oops!

We loved this asparagus! The Dijon vinaigrette was very unique and gave a little extra zest to the asparagus

Absolutely excellent! I tried roasting but it was taking too long so finished them if in the microwave and finished them with a generous amount of parmesan cheese. Definitely making again!
