Really good. Cook slow and simmer after adding eggs if you are waiting for another dish to finish so the eggs aren’t over cooked. I used parmigiana cheese.

I’ve made this many times always a hit I use whatever cheese I have on hand. Found it cooks best in cast iron. The asparagus ends crisp a bit and are delish!!

Not bad, I used feta instead because I didn’t have goat cheese. I overcooked the eggs but it still tasted good.
