The first time I made this I was disappointed because the asparagus did not cook enough and I thought the chicken was dry. So the second time I pre-cooked the asparagus just little and used thinner asparagus. I also added 2 T mayonnaise to the top of each roll up and sprinkled with a tablespoon of breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese. It was very good this time and I will make it again.

Turned out amazing wouldn't make any adjustments besides serving size as needed.

not bad. Used tenderloins to make almost a sandwich since didn't have full chicken breasts, but made for a good dinner that was different. would make again.

I did not add breadcrumbs to save on calories but the dish was amazing even without! Will be making again!

Delicious. Had to skip some of the seasoning due to dietary restrictions, but it still turned out well!

Not sure how to cook chicken fully in 25 minutes it was good flavor I added provolone cheese and salami to the inside

Followed the recipe but baked it for 30 minutes and it turned out great! I would definitely make this again :)

This is a great dish. I added Parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs and sprinkled a little shredded cheddar on top for a little extra flavour.

Made this tonight and it was a definite crowd pleaser my 2 daughters (6 and 4) even helped me prep! My husband even gave me the, "This is REALLY good honey!" Rather than the typical it's good 😜! My one year old even gobbled it up. I did make a few changes based on what I had on hand. I seasoned the chicken breast with kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning on both sides liberally. I also didn't have shredded mozzarella so I just put a slice on each chicken breast. I did have to pin the breasts closed with toothpicks because I couldn't pound them any thinner and they wouldn't stayed rolled. I baked for 20 minutes then moved them to a hot skillet with olive oil and butter. I seared them on the unopened side for about 7 minutes and it gave them a nice crust! Seriously so easy and so delicious!

It turned out great!!! My husband loved it!!! I used a cheddar habanero mango cheese because he likes heat. Kids also ate it and liked it with the mozzarella.
