Very popular with the guests at our tea. I modified slightly by adding a sprinkling of Herbs de Provence and lemon zest.

Got cold quick, but was a huge hit and super simple to make! If you need to reheat it, I recommend an over or toaster oven.

Took this to a party. Next time I’ll make & serve it at home so I can serve it hot/warm which will taste better

Well! I’d alternate the asparagus Spears end to end so that all servings have tips not just the stalk.. and cutting it in slightly shorter pieces makes it easier to eat. We actually ate it like pizza- picking up slices in our hands. It’s very tasty!

It was not only easy, but it was delicious and it was gone in one sitting. The only thing I would do different is to alternate the asparagus so that everyone gets the tips and the ends. I mixed the gruyere cheese with fontina cheese and it was outstanding.
