  • 2 eggs (and 1 extra egg yolk for an egg wash)
  • ground cumin (Sprinkle of, or ground coriander)
  • cheese (your choice, I used Dill Goats cheese because its damn amazing but gruyere, feta, ricotta or mozzarella would be delicious too!)
