- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (good quality)
- 2 lemons
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 pkg. Buitoni Refrigerated Three Cheese Asparagus Ravioli (18 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (shredded, plus more for garnish)
- ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Buitoni Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz.)

Directions
- COMBINE oil, lemon juice, lemon peel, garlic and salt in small bowl; whisk to combine. PREPARE pasta according to package directions, reserving ½ cup cooking water. Return pasta to saucepan. Add butter, reserved cooking water and olive oil mixture; toss gently to coat. Add basil; toss gently. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with additional basil. Serve immediately.

super easy since really just making the sauch and cooking premade ravioli. I made with my daughter. She wanted to try making a ravioli if I was going to force her to cook something with me. I liked it, my wife said it was OK , and my daughter only ate half of one. I think she has the ravioli from chef-boy-r-d in her head; guess we just need to do more cooking in this house! since I'm the only one who seems to enjoy, I think we will try a different ravioli next time (maybe actually making from scratch if get more adventerous).
