I will definitely try this one again. I like spice, but the red pepper seemed a little overpowering (I didn’t measure, so I could have just overdid it???) I added some cinnamon to the sweet potatoes and cooked with a bit of coconut oil. That added a nice sweet and savory flavor.

Great! We love this and my husband doesn’t even like sweet potatoes but he likes this. Few ingredients, simple to make, not much room for error... I add the cumin, coriander and spices suggested in the directions and cook everything a little bit longer than suggested (I like my veggies and potatoes soft and the chicken well done)👌🏿. 5 stars every time. We like to eat it with avocado.

Great! I just add a wee bit by sprinkling Italian seasoning across the top & stirred it in & served up. Oh & I omitted the red pepper flakes, my husband doesn’t do spice well 😉

Very delicious! I used white potatoes instead of sweat because of household preference but it was great!

I loved this! I seasoned it with cumin and lemon pepper in addition to the other seasonings, and I used more chicken broth than required. I served it with brown rice and sweet chilli sauce and it was phenomenal!!

This was tasty- very easy to prep and cook. I think next time I will try adding a spice like curry or cumin to jazz up the flavours a bit.

It came out AWESOME I added onions, and topping with fresh mozzarella omg everybody loved it !!! So easy to make will definitely make it again
