- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (finely diced)
- 50 mL white wine (use the same wine you will serve later)
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 500 grams white asparagus (peeled and cut into pieces of 4-5 cm)
- 150 grams fresh herbs (mixed, washed and drained)
- 1/2 avocado
- sea salt
- black pepper
- 1/2 lemon
- 100 mL oat milk (or unsweetened nut-based milk)
