This tart turned out very well! My only advice is to ensure that you prepare your asparagus after washing it so to remove the tough stalks. This can be easily done by bending the asparagus stalk (near the bottom) until it easily snaps. Whatever snaps off is the tough end you should discard. I forgot to do this and so some bites had very chewy and tough asparagus ends.
