This was absolutely fantastic! So quick and easy. I tweaked the dressing with honey and white wine, added shallots & red pepper strips.

Added a few things like tomatoes and red onions, and roasted the asparagus as opposed to boiling it. It came out beautifully. Will definitely make again!

Delicious and easy. Would
make it again. Used apple cider vinegar instead of red wine vinegar.

turned out great! Both my husband and I loved it and will definitely be making this on a regular basis..

Love this salad, taste as good as it looks. I used a bit of garlic salt instead of salt and pepper.

This was excellent!!! I made a few changes, used turkey bacon, added cherry tomatoes when I sautéed the asparagus. Waited a few seconds to cool, then served over a bed of lettuce, along with hard boiled eggs and dressing. Delicious!

I didn't add the red wine vinegar, and instead substituted with lemon juice. It was incredibly delicious. I'll be eating this dish a lot more for lunch!
