  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (I used cremini mushrooms)
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice bran oil (or use olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (I love Fini brand)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (I use Kikkoman)
  • 1/2 teaspoon splenda (or sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger purée (also called ground ginger)
