  • 6 ounces sliced mushrooms (sauteed)
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

  • 4 handfuls baby spinach (I buy prewashed spinach, wash if needed)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons splenda (sugar, or Stevia Granulated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger puree (also called ground ginger)
