- 1 1/2 red bell peppers (diced)
- 6 scallions (sliced thinly on the bias)
- 1 cup frozen peas (or fresh)
- 1/3 cup tamari soy sauce (or more to taste)

Made it as per directions! Was waiting for a great WOW factor! The rice was great, but the chicken was just grilled chicken!
