- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 2 avocados (sliced, it's a good idea to refrigerate for a while before slicing them, so that they hold their shape a little better)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup beer (we used Sapporo)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1/2 lb. oyster mushrooms (chopped roughly)
- 1 onion (or shallot, sliced)
- 10 oz. beer (we used Sapporo)
- 1 dash mirin
- 1 1/2 toasted sesame oil (Tblsps of)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. tamari
- 1/2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
- 3 handfuls napa cabbage (shredded, / chinese leaf + mixed shredded vegetables, carrots, jicama, etc)
- 3 jalepenos (sliced, optional)
- 2 peanut butter (Tblsps of natural unsweetened)
- 1/2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 rice vinegar (Tblsps of)
