- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Chinese five spice powder
- 1 clove garlic (slightly smashed or bruised)
- 6 cloves
- 454 grams extra firm tofu (cut into 1 inch cubes)
- 12 button mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 6 heads baby bok choy (sliced)
- 8 oz. dried rice noodles (about half 454g package)
- basil
- chopped cilantro
- bean sprouts
- soy sauce (or hoisin)
- green onions (thinly sliced)
- green chilies (fresh, thinly sliced)
- lime wedges
