- 1 tsp. chili garlic sauce (I used Lee Lum Kee)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. raw honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (or matchstick)
- 1 1/2 cups green cabbage (shredded)
- 1 1/2 cups red cabbage (each shredded)
