Nice fresh tasting salad! loved the addition of the cilantro. I used dried instead of fresh, so lessened it to 1 tbsp. Tasted even better once it sat in the fridge for awhile.

I would use the cilantro,the rest looks fine. I have not used it yet, and I have to go to lunch now.
