- 250 grams shrimps (medium size, or prawns, deshelled, deveined and washed well)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced very thin)
- 6 baby potatoes (cut into halves)
- 15 broccoli florets (small)
- 1 carrot (diced into thin strips)
- 1 onion (small, chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (grated)
- 1 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 cup long-grain rice (you can also use normal rice or noodles)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. black pepper (powder)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch (mixed with 1 tablespoon of water)
- 3 cabbage leaves (for presentation, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
