Very good grilled and served with Thai peanut noodles

Pretty good. Didn’t salt tuna as the low sodium soy sauce gave enough salt flavor.

I used salmon instead of tuna and it turned out great! I grilled it for about 7 minutes, till internal temp was 120 and it was excellent. Next time, I’m going to add some ginger too.

It was soooooo yummy. Hubby, who “doesn’t like tuna” loved it! Guess there’s a difference between this and the canned tuna in oil that he grew up with. No wonder he didn’t like tuna!!! Making this again tonight!

My family liked it I think I needed to have the pan hotter because it didn’t sear how I’d hoped . I added the pepper flakes and honey in the left over marinade after searing the tuna it was a fabulous finish!

Really good. My husband said he would ‘pay’ for this meal - meaning it is as good as a restaurant.

I added literally a pinch of brown sugar and maybe two teaspoons of honey. I then took my leftover marinade after I was done grilling my steaks and threw it into my pan and reduced it. adjust accordingly I also at one point through and some red pepper flakes for some heat. that's awesome on top of this tuna steak.

This dish has become a regular in our house. I don't add the seseme seeds until on the grill because they wash off in the marinate

delicious, but waaaay to time, I'll skip the salt at the beginning and just pepper it and let it marinade

Followed the directions carefully. The amount of soy sauce needs to be reduced in half for my taste. It was not the best recipe for me.

I have been trying to perfect my seared ahi tuna and have tried various recipes. I have found some good recipes online, but this by far has been the best! My family absolutely loved it!! Simple ingredients but the combination of them made a very flavorsome marinade. Fav recipe and looking forward to making it again very soon!!

So much flavor in such a small amount of ingredients. I paired it with quinoa, it was delicious.
