Made it for the family. My wife doesn't like fish and my daughter who is 5 never had fish before... both cleaned their plates lol. I paired it with Honey balsamic brussel sprouts and salad 😁

Made this with Alaskan Chinook salmon. It was DELICIOUS 😋. The sriracha gave it that extra zing that makes this recipe stand out.

It was amazing! We are not normally salmon eaters, but we are trying to incorporate more seafood in our diet. This was easy and delicious.

This was so yummy! Very easy and absolutely no mess. I just need to adapt cooking time for thickness of salmon pieces as I like my salmon to be a medium cook

excellent, especially when you unwrap and stick it under the broiler to carmelize.

Everyone loved it! Great flavors, and I paired it with an asian coleslaw that complimented it PERFECTLY.

Made the recipe verbatim, albeit a half order. Very good. Recommend pairing with a sour ale. We tried “Sippin’ on Ginger Juice” by Alvarado Street. It was perfect counterpoint to the sweet/savory/hot of the sauce. As a variant, we will try lilikoi butter instead of honey next time to give it a Hawaiian twist.

Delicious, easiest and tastiest recipe for salmon. Easy clean up too!

My only complaint is that I wish the sauce thickened up a bit. Next time I won't cook the salmon with the skin on, I thought it would stick to the foil but it didn't. Very good, added more sriracha as I like spicy and the sauce was on the sweeter side. Served with brown rice and broccoli, it was perfect! I wonder if I could just throw the vegetables in the foil to all cook together next time...

OMG this was probably one of the best salmon recipes I've ever made. I didn't have sriracha but used sweet chili garlic sauce and I served it over Jasmine rice. It was sooo easy and delicious! This is going to become a staple!

So yummy! A little sweet but not too sweet. Cooked perfectly, not dry at all but still cooked all the way through. And VERY easy to make!

So easy, fast and delicious with quick cleanup! The sauce was perfection (on the sweeter side which aligns with my taste). Could have used more sriracha. Will be making this again and again.
