This definitely was a winner for my get together…it’s hard to impress other Alaskans when it come to salmon

I have an electric oven and baked to the longer time of 20 minutes leaving the salmon a little dry, next time I'll use a shorter bake length. Other than that it was delicious and enjoyed by everyone.

Love this recipe! Made it several times now, with spice variations… spicy curry next! Such a reat blend of flavors I go light on the honey & heavy on the Tamari (Soy)
I do have to cook it much longer than listed!!

Delicious! Made it with black Chinese vinegar and it tasted as good as what I ate on my trips to China.

I think 20 minutes was too long- it was way overdone. I should’ve checked it earlier.

The sauce was amazing! However, I ended up having so much sauce that my (3 pieces) of fish were cooking in a soup of it basically, and I was worried it would undercook, but it lived up to its expectations and was great!

Wish I had marinated the fish in the sauce the sauce was delicious but didn’t really penetrate the fish and then it cooked off

Mine didn't look anything like the picture. We had to cook it longer than the recipe stated. Nonetheless, everyone loved it for the most part.

I have never made salmon before, but this was super easy to make. My boyfriend (who is super picky) loved it for his birthday dinner last night. It was absolutely delicious! The broiling definitely did the trick and gave it a nice caramelized outer skin. I will definitely make this again because it was so fast and simple. I did not use rice vinegar, and also forgot to add my sesame oil, but it turned out wonderful.

Easy, quick, and delicious. Maybe a little overcooked if you asked food blogs like America Test Kitchen

Tasty and easy to make. Make sure you don’t skip the broiling. Too bad the skin doesn’t get crispy, then it would be a 5 star recipe.

I had to make a couple of tweaks since I didn't have sesame oil and rice vinegar but I was able to adjust and did everything else according to instructions. It was incredible. I would make it again and again.

I’ve made this a few times before, but yesterday made this for the small group of my boyfriends family that came over for the 4th of July. Instead of doing in a foil packet, I marinated the salmon for an hour or two, and then covered part of the grill in foil, and grilled the salmon. This salmon was a HUGE HIT! Every single guest LOVED it!

Turned out so good! My husband isn’t much a fish person but loved it! I made a few changes I added some scallions, substituted about 1/4 of the honey for maple syrup. I also subbed the siracha for some sweet chili sauce and mushroom seasoning. The sauce was delicious.

Made it for the family. My wife doesn't like fish and my daughter who is 5 never had fish before... both cleaned their plates lol. I paired it with Honey balsamic brussel sprouts and salad 😁
