- 150 grams frozen broad beans (immersed in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drained)
- 5 radishes (sliced)
- 70 grams green beans (sliced with the bean slicer)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (fruit)
- 1 tsp. wasabi paste
- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder (or to taste fine)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fruit syrup (or maple syrup/agave nectar)
