I have made this a couple of times, I agree on the spiralized carrots; I add grilled chicken and hold the kimchi. It is really satisfying and the freshly prepared ginger miso dressing makes it.

Nice, spiralized lots of carrots, added 3paprika and lettuce mix, and sprinkled nigella on top. Made enough for 5 portions. (120 g quinoa)
