Love a slow cooker recipe, this was very good. I was concerned I overcooked it but it was perfect. Not a huge fan of ginger so substituted with sliced jalapeños. Also only had whole cloves so just added to the slow cooker. Overall very good and will definitely make it again.

This was delicious! I made a few modifications: put pork in frozen, cooked on high 2 hrs then low 2 1/2 hrs. Heavy glaze and lime with cilantro garnish a must!!

We love this, even my toddler inhales it. I double the amount of rub (I usually have two 1ish lb pork loins) and use fresh ginger in the rub instead of ground. I also add garlic to the glaze and it comes out amazing

**Tried the quicker method** as explained at the bottom of the recipe(30 ish minutes of cooking time in the oven and resumed the broiling method as instructed.) I enjoyed the taste of this recipe. I typically am not crazy about the flavor of pork tenderloin, or the usual recipes for it. I tried this to see if it would make a pork loin more appealing; It did! The Asian flavors enhanced the meat. It was not boring/bland. However it did require a bit more preparation and attention than I would have time for regularly. If you want quick and easy, this isn’t it. If you want an Asian style pork loin this is yummy! **didnt use cilantro or lime**

Love it and it was easy to follow and make.. Came out great! Make sure you check Hi or Low on your slow cooker! We dd 4 hours on HIGH but only because I did not check, I'd prefer that it was on low for 6.

This recipe was spot on. Amazing and tasty dish! Will become a staple meal in our home. Using the leftover glaze made it even yummier. I didn't use the cilantro garnish though.
