We tweaked it of course, but the sauce is an excellent starter. We ground our own pork loin with a few strips of bacon for good measure. We used red romaine instead of butter lettuce and we added rice to the rolls. All in all, 10 out of 10 for a base recipe. You can do anything you want with it!
