This is delicious! I swapped mushrooms for sugar snap peas although it would have been excellent to have both in there.

Delicious! Soy sauce was a little overwhelming, but I'm not the biggest soy sauce fan. I added Sriracha and brown sugar which helped mute the salty sauce into a little bit of a sweeter sauce. Otherwise this recipe is wonderful and my husband agrees! Will make it again!
