This is a good set of ingredients. I gave it a 3 because it didn’t have much flavor. I added up to double the ginger , a little more soy sauce, and added some fresh cracked black pepper. Then it was good. The noodles soaked up almost all of my liquids, which I was fine with, but if you want more broth you may need to add more water.
