- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (squeeze the juice out after shredding and use juice, throw away the pulp)
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- green onions (for garnish, optional)
- pineapple (grilled, for garnish, optional)
