- 1/2 cup sweet onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- pepper
- salt
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 5 Tbsp. brown sugar
- Sriracha (to taste, depending on your heat preference, start with 1 tsp)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 red pepper (sliced thin)
- 1/2 cup scallions (green onions sliced thin)
- 1/2 peanuts (optional buy yummy!)
