This recipe was delicious. There was a little too much peanut butter, and I would up the garlic next time, but it definitely deserves some tweaking and trying again. I also used amino acids instead of soy sauce (it's amazing). I lightly floured my drumsticks and cooked them almost all the way through at 370° in the air fryer before coating them with this sauce and finishing them at 400° in the air fryer.
