- 7.7 oz. stir fry noodles (Fortune Yakisoba Spicy Hot, cooked with seasoning packet and ¼ cup water)
- 1/2 cup zucchini (fresh, halved and cut into 1 inch long matchsticks, *choose a small one for tenderness and almost seedless)
- jicama (fresh, peeled and cut into 1 inch long matchsticks, 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage (finely, ok to sub "cole slaw mix with carrots")
- 1/2 cup cucumber (cut into 1 inch long matchsticks)
- 3 radishes (nice sized, quartered and sliced ⅛ inch thick into fans)
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup salad oil (such as canola, or vegetable)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil (regular, or dark if you prefer)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Sriracha
- 1 dried red chili pepper (5 inch long, thinly snipped with kitchen scissor, or to heat preference)
- 1 clove garlic (very finely minced)
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- coarse ground black pepper
- veggies (*plus grilled, to be added later, see below)
- 4 oz. Neufchâtel (softened, can sub cream cheese)
- meat (cooked imitation crab leg, coarse chopped or sliced on the bias ½ inch wide,, 1½ - 2 oz., as you like)
- 1/2 Tbsp. green onions (snipped)
- 1 cup pepperjack cheese (shredded)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- pepper
- veggies (Grilled, to be added to Noodle Salad:)
- 1 red cubanelle pepper (small sweet, cleaned of seeds and membrane, sliced ⅛ inch crossways)
- 4 corns (4 inch long mini baby, packed in water, drained well, sliced on the bias into 6ths)
- 10 grape tomatoes (fresh, halved lengthwise)
- 8 baby bella (medium-sized, whole mushrooms, quartered)
- 1/2 cup pea pods (fresh, cut into thirds)
- 1/2 cup fresh green beans (slice on the bias into 1 inch pieces)
- red onion (fresh, halved and sliced ¼ inch, ½ cup)
- 1/8 cup salad oil (such as canola)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch coarse ground black pepper
- 3 kaiser rolls (split, lightly buttered and grilled on the inside)
- 3 handfuls baby spinach leaves (as you like)
- 6 strips bacon (candied with 2 Tbl. dark brown sugar and 2 Tbl. peanut butter)
- 3 Tbsp. feta cheese crumbles
- 3 tsp. green onions (thinly snipped, one large green onion)
- radish (fans for garnish, optional)
- hummus (roasted garlic, spread for top bun, as much as you like,, I used at least a Tbl. per burger)
