- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup olive oil (for frying)
- 2 cups leaves (chopped hearts of romaine)
- 1 cup broccoli (pre cut, or cabbage slaw, just the veg, found in produce section)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- mustard dressing (Sesame)
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil (or toasted sesame oil)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (OPTIONAL, if you really want to have a honey mustard dressing)
