- 1 can mandarin oranges (11 ounce)
- 1/2 cup edamame (cooked and shelled)
- 1/4 cup green onions (diced)
- 1/4 cup almonds (shaved)
- 1 avocado (sliced or diced)
- 1 cup dressing (Asian sesame, See below Asian sesame dressing, Kraft makes an amazing toasted sesame dressing! store-bought or homemade)
- sesame seeds (optional:)
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 pinch salt (and black pepper)

I loved this and made it twice the dressing is enough for two recipes should be made regularly, it’s that good and easy

It was easy to make and full of good for you vegetables. I served it to my adult children, now they want the recipe, too! It would be a nice dish to share at a pot luck gathering. 👍🏼
