- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 cup chicken broth (or water with 1 tbsp. bouillon)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)
- 1 green pepper (diced)
- sesame seeds (or scallions)

Directions
- Place the vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sugar, broth and onion into a pan on high heat until it begins to boil, lower heat to low.
- Add the raw chicken and pepper. Let cook on low heat. Cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes, allowing the chicken to cook and the sauce to thicken and reduce.
- Sprinkle with sesame and/or scallions and serve with Jasmine rice.
