    Idk where I went wrong, but the sauce completely burned on the bottom of the pan. That’s my bad though. I’ve never cooked chicken other than on the stove, so I probably needed to put tinfoil down or something. I’m very very new to cooking if you can’t tell. Not the best tasting. 0/10 would make again

    I added coriander and lemongrass to the marinade. as well as chili oil and chili paste.

    Good sauce but an hour and a half was way too long. After the first 45, they were almost done. Decided to listen to the recipe and they burnt to a crisp
