Soo, I think this was overall a great foundation but I recommend tweaking it a bit.
after broiling the chicken and trying it, it was definitely too bland. My boyfriend and I added more ginger, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar to the sauce and brushed it on while it broiled and it gave it more color and acted like a glaze and made it much more flavorful. Then, we decided to make the veggies into a slaw and added a mayo, siracha and lime mix into it and used that.
turned out great!
