I really liked this recipe. I'm about to make it for the 2nd time! I made a few minor changes by adding chopped and julienned Jicama. I used red onion instead of green onions. (I always soak my red onion in cold water for at least 10 to 20 min before using). For the dressing I added 2 TBL of peanut butter and the juice of 1/2 a l.ime. Oh, and I marinated the chicken in the dressing before grilling it. Yum!
