- 3 cups romaine lettuce (2-3 heads, chopped)
- 3 cups napa cabbage (chopped)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (seeded and sliced)
- 1 handful shredded carrots
- 1/2 rotisserie chicken (a store-bought, shredded)
- 2 tsp. black sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds (toasted)
- 2 Tbsp. basil (finely chopped, I used Italian basil. Thai basil would work, too.)
- 1/2 cup chow mein noodles (I heart these)
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 pinch salt (and freshly ground pepper)
