- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Thai chili pepper (finely minced, or sambal oelek chili sauce to taste, start with 1 tablespoon stir and taste, add until you are happy with the heat)
- 8 oz. pad thai noodles (or any long noodle you wish)
