Used ground chicken and was a hit with my hubby! Making it again tonight!!! What can I say....... Yummy :)

I suspect this would have been even better if I had all the ingredients! I didn't have red bell pepper (instead I subbed a small amount of fresh habanero) and I didn't have hoisin sauce. I also used fresh ginger, and a little extra soy sauce. So I guess I used this recipe more like guidelines. Still turned out great!
