  • 3 bunches broccolini (trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil (divided into 1 T. portions)
  • 6 tablespoons hoisin sauce (select a vegan option)
  • 2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or substitute tamari for gluten free)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 scallion (washed and chopped, separate the white from the green and mince the white)
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 pinch chinese 5 spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
