Good! Wait to put arugula on top though because it gets little wilty with hot pizza out of the oven. Also make sure pizza sauce get nice and thick. Our pizza came bit watery. Perhaps we will pat fry the fresh mozzarella cheese too so there will be less liquid coming out of the oven. Yummy dish!
