  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon water (or artichoke brine)
  • 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
  • 2 zucchinis (medium, summer squash, spiralized into noodles or peeled into ribbons)
