- 1 can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 1 can cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 lemons
- 1 jar marinated artichokes (drained and chopped, I used Trader Joe's)
- 1 jar hearts of palm (drained and sliced, Again, Trader Joe's)
- 2 cups baby arugula (roughly chopped)
- 2 heads baby romaine (roughly chopped)
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- garlic
