- 2 Tbsp. oil ( Pure Cottonseed)
- 2 tsp. French sea salt (Classic Blend Fleur de Sel)
- 2 Tbsp. crème fraîche
- 3 garlic cloves
- 12 oz. green beans (trimmed and cut into 1+1/2 inch lengths)
- 1 lb. red potato (peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.)
- 1 lb. fusilli
- 1/2 cup asiago
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups roasted cherry tomatoes (. I made my own. See notes below.)
