- 1 green bell pepper (diced)

- 3 chorizos (Colombian, cooked and sliced)
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 lb. seafood (any: shrimp, fish, calamari, scallops, mussels, squid and/or clams)
- 1/2 cup carrots (frozen diced)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
