Like it a lot. We added a little more seasoning to ensure it wouldn’t come out bland. It was delicious and easy.

It turned out great! I halved the recipe and used a can of chopped tomatoes with the juice.

Great! Will make again I added avocado and lime with cilantro on top after plating. I also used boneless skinless chicken breast and it turned out delicious. Only took about 15 minutes to simmer
